Bhutan

Bhutan, nestling in the heart of the great Himalaya, has for centuries remained aloof from the rest of the world. Since its doors were cautiously opened in 1974, visitors have been mesmerised: the environment is pristine, the scenery and architecture awesome and the people hospitable and charming.

Trekking

Bhutan offers many opportunities for trekking with its splendid scenic beauty, lofty mountains and deep valleys untouched by modernization. The country ranges from the dense forest of subtropical jungles to the alpine shrubs, endowed with a wide spectrum of Himalayan flora and fauna. The land is thinly populated with scattered settlements. A person may walk for several days before sighting a village.

Tours

Generally we focus on cultural and adventure tours that could also be combined with short hikes to explore Bhutan’s artistic, religious and cultural heritage. There is plenty for nature adventures such as bird watchers and animal spotters. We will also be glad to arrange tailor made programs for you.
